Amtrak Thruway is a feeder bus network for Amtrak train routes. In the Bay Area, Amtrak Thruway provides service from:
- San Francisco to Emeryville
- Santa Rosa and Napa to Martinez
- San Jose to Stockton
- Santa Cruz to San Jose†
- Monterey to San Jose†
By state law, except Santa Cruz, Monterey, and Highway 50 routes, Amtrak Thruway tickets can only be purchased as a part of a train trip.
