This station features side platforms:
- Track 1 (adjacent to station building) - All other weekday trains, all weekend/holiday trains to San Jose.
- Track 2 (short platform) - Weekday trains #524 and #528 to Sacramento, weekday trains #535 and #543 to San Jose, all weekend/holiday trains to Sacramento.
To get from one platform to another, cross the tracks at Fremont Blvd.
Board Amtrak Thruway bus to Stockton (very limited service) in front of the station building on Fremont Blvd.
