Harbor Transitway is consisted of a set of carpool lanes and bus stations in Interstate 110. Because most bus stations are located in the freeway median, freeway buses can stay totally on the carpool lanes north of the 91 freeway.

Several operators uses the transitway between downtown LA and their respective destinations.

Unlike the nearby Metro Blue Line, buses on the transitway charges express fares. All fares are paid onboard like other buses.
