Santa Cruz Metro is the local transit system in Santa Cruz County. Santa Cruz Metro buses connect with Monterey-Salinas Transit in Watsonville. It also operates Highway 17 Express bus to San Jose, connecting with Caltrain, Amtrak, ACE, and VTA.
