Valley Metro is a transit system covering the Phoenix metropolitan area, including the cities of Tempe, Scottsdale, Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Glendale, Avondale, and Peoria. It operates a network of local and express buses as well as the Valley Metro Rail system, which serves downtown Phoenix and Tempe.
