This station is served by Brown, Pink, Orange, and Purple lines running on the elevated tracks.

This is also the transfer point (out of the system) with the Blue and Red lines at Jackson Station about a half block away. Free transfer is provided for riders with Ventra card/ticket between this stop and at Jackson Station.

The entrances to the station from the street are located on Van Buren between Dearborn and State. CTA ticket machines are available at these entrances, which sell reloadable Ventra card, single-ride, or 1 day ticket. All riders must pass through the turnstile with a valid Ventra card, ticket, contactless bank card, or mobile device with Apple/Samsung/Android Pay.
