RapidRide F operates between Renton and Burien via Tukwila International Boulevard Station, every 10 to 15 minutes on weekdays and every 15 minutes on weekends. Buses on this route offer all-door boarding: ORCA card users can board through any door by tapping on the card reader located by the doors, while cash riders board at the front.

A short section of the route, Rainier Ave, has side-running bus-only lanes.
