Route 45 provides local bus service between Loyal Heights and Seattle Children's Hospital via NW 85th St, Wallingford Ave N, East Green Lake Dr N, NE 125th St, and University Way NE. It serves Greenwood, Green Lake, Roosevelt, and the U District. At the U District, eastbound Route 45 buses switch to Route 75 and continue to Seattle Children's Hospital and Northgate. Westbound trips to Loyal Heights start at Seattle Children's Hospital when Route 75 buses from Northgate change their signs there.
