Route 65 provides north-south local bus service between Shoreline South/148th Station and the U District via NE 145th St, 30th Ave NE, NE 125th St, and 35th Ave NE. It serves Olympic Hills, Lake City, Meadowbrook, Wedgwood, and Seattle Children's Hospital. At Seattle Children's Hospital, southbound 65 buses change to 67 and continue to U District and Northgate. Northbound trips to Shoreline South/148th Station begin at U District when Route 67 buses change their signs there.
