EZ Rider is a reusable smart card exclusively for the BART system. BART's high value tickets can be loaded onto the smart card. The same card can be also used to pay for parking at BART stations.

A Visa or MasterCard credit/debit card is required to sign up for the EZ Rider card. Card funds are automatically replenished from the credit/debit card account when the EZ Rider card value drops below $10.
