Muni ticket machines are currently available at all underground Muni Metro stations. These machines dispense limited use Clipper-based Muni tickets (adult fare and discounted fare) and new adult Clipper cards. The machines can also add e-cash or passes (Muni and other transit agencies) on new or existing Clipper cards.

BART riders can purchase new Clipper cards, or add values to existing cards, from Muni machines, rather than from BART ticket machines.

These machines accept cash and credit/debit card as payment.
