This platform is served by northbound and trains only. Southbound trains stop on the platform a block to the east on SW 5th Avenue (PSU Urban Center/SW 5th & Mill Station). This is a transfer point to the Portland Streetcar.

Portland Streetcar North/South Line stops by the light rail station. The stop for northbound streetcars is located in the Urban Plaza by 6th Avenue. The stop for southbound streetcar is located on 5th Avenue across the street from the southbound light rail platform.

This station is located in the Portland Transit Mall, with buses stopping at various locations along 5th & 6th avenues.
