About the route
Route 568 offers limited-stop rapid service between Downtown San Jose and Gilroy via Monterey Road (between Alma Ave and Gilroy with limited stops). On nights and weekends, VTA local route 68 provides service to and from Gilroy. The 568 began service in 2021, replacing the express 168 service that ran on the freeway.
