30-Stockton is a local bus route from the Marina District to 4th & King Station in the South of Market Area. It travels through the North Beach and Chinatown.

30-Stockton and 45-Union/Stockton share the same routing between Chinatown and 4th & King Station. The buses are frequently packed between Chinatown and Market Street. These routes provide the most frequent and direct transit connection between Caltrain and Market Street.

Because of the one-way street pairs in the downtown area, from 4th & King Station, 30-Stockton travels north along 3rd St, Kearny, Sutter, then Stockton. Buses to the 4th & King Station travel south from Stockton St to 4th St.

BART and Muni Metro to Chinatown and North Beach

From BART and Muni Metro to Chinatown and North Beach, get off at Montgomery Station and transfer to 30-Stockton or 45-Union/Stockton on 3rd St or Kearny St. From Chinatown and North Beach to BART & Muni Metro, get off 30-Stockton or 45-Union/Stockton at Market St and transfer at Powell Station instead.

Schedules

Buses run about every 4 minutes between North Beach or Van Ness Ave and 4th & King Station, and every 9 minutes in the Marina.
