Coastertrain.jpg

Coaster is a regional commuter train service between Oceanside and San Diego. It runs on weekdays and Saturdays and operates along the same tracks as Amtrak's Pacific Surfliner trains. It connects with Sprinter light rail and Metrolink at Oceanside Station. At Santa Fe Depot Station and Old Town Station, Coaster connects with San Diego Trolley. Coaster is a service provided by the North County Transit District, but it charges higher fares than other NCTD services.
