Ticket machines for BART are located in the underground station concourse. BART's Customer Service Center is also located in the concourse. This station features center platforms.

When transferring from BART, you can get a free BART to bus transfer before leaving the paid area. The transfer provides discounted one way fares on AC Transit.

Bus - Shuttle

Estuary Crossing Shuttle: commute only, College of Alameda to Lake Merritt BART, free service, fits 13 bikes, runs every 30 minutes. [1]

$1 daily parking, reserved parking

Reserved spaces require:

• BART monthly reserved parking permit
• BART long term airport parking permit
• BART single day reserved permit - $4.50

To pay the $1 fee, remember your space number, enter through the faregates into the paid area and pay at an add fare machine. Parking gets full at the station before 7am.
