Ticket machines for BART are located on the ground level station concourse. This station has two center platforms. See sign for destination before heading to the platform.

Platform 1: to Richmond.

Platform 3: to Pittsburg/Bay Point.

Platform 4: to SFO, to Daly City/Millbrae

Platform 2: to Fremont.

This is the timed transfer point for trains to Fremont and trains to SFO.
