This station is served by Brown, Green, Pink, Orange, and Purple lines running on the elevated tracks.

The entrances to the station from the street are located at Wabash between Washington and Madison. CTA ticket machines are available at the above ground concourse, which sell reloadable Ventra card, single-ride, or 1 day ticket. All riders must pass through the turnstile with a valid Ventra card, ticket, contactless bank card, or mobile device with Apple/Samsung/Android Pay. There are exit only stairs from the platforms to Madison St.
