One way and round trip tickets
One way and round trip tickets may be purchased online, at ticket counters or QuikTrak machines, which is valid for travel within one year. If you board from a station without ticket counter, you can purchase a ticket from a conductor on the train without surcharge.
National Amtrak discounts can be applied on advance purchase one way and round trip fares.
A government or school issued photo ID is required to purchase a ticket at the counter and to travel on the train.

10-ride tickets and monthly pass
Capitol Corridors offers 10 ride tickets valid within 45 days, as well as unlimited use monthly tickets. Both can be purchased online, at ticket counters or at a QuikTrak machine.

Transfers to local transit
Passengers can request a free Transit Transfer (or two for a return trip) from a conductor that provides a free ride to many local transit systems:

In addition, passengers can buy discounted $10 BART tickets for $8 at the cafe car.
Amenities
Capitol Corridor is an intercity service. The trains feature cafe cars where beverages and snacks are sold. This train does not provide checked baggage service.
Bicycle access
Most cars have a rack on the lower level that can accommodate 3 bicycles. You will need to provide your own bungee cord to secure your bike.
