This route operates on weekdays and Saturdays only. Between Novato and San Francisco, this bus only stops at San Rafael Transit Center and Spencer Avenue bus pad. For other bus pads, transfer to route 70 or 71 in Novato or San Rafael. In early mornings, nights and weekends, line 80 continues to provide all-stop service between Santa Rosa and San Francisco.
During weekday peak hours, some 101X trips run non-stop from Petaluma to San Francisco.
