All riders must pass through the faregates with a valid Clipper card, or mobile device with (Clipper enabled) Apple Pay/Google Pay. Keep the device, or card for the ride and use it to pass through the faregates again when exiting the station.
This station has 4 surface entrances on both sides of Oak St between 8th and 9th streets. Main elevator serving the street and concourse is located at northeast corner of Oak and 8th streets. The concourse has a single paid area with an elevator to the platform located inside the paid area. Riders using the elevator to access platform can process card at the faregate at the concourse.
