Ticket machines are available at the underground station concourse. First time riders can purchase a reusable Clipper card from a vending machine before boarding. All riders must pass through the faregates with a valid Clipper card or mobile device with (Clipper enabled) Apple Pay/Google Pay. Keep the ticket, device, or card for the ride and use it to pass through the faregates again when exiting the station.

Two elevators are available serving the concourse and the platform. Riders using the elevator to access platform can process card at a separate faregate at the concourse, opposite to station agent booth. The concourse has level access to the parking/loading area on the west side and has ramp access to streets. An elevator is available from the street to concourse on the east side of Adeline St. & Ed Roberts campus.

This station features center platforms.

To pay the daily parking fee, remember your space number, enter through the faregates into the paid area and pay at an add fare machine or with BART mobile app.

Parking gets full at the station by 8:00am.

Bicycle

Bike racks and 8 electronic BikeLink lockers are available at this station. A bike station is also available by the main entrance on the west side of station. It is operated by Bike Hub, BikeLink card is required and it charges a small hourly fee.

Bay Wheels operates a self-service bike share station near the station.
