Route 150 is a local route between San Rafael and San Francisco via Highway 101, serving bus pads on Highway 101 in between. In San Francisco, it runs on Van Ness Avenue through the SF Civic Center.

Route 150 is part of the regional bus network dating back to the opening of the Golden Gate Bridge, operated by Pacific Greyhound. Before the 2021 service change, it was numbered Route 70, and the route continued to Novato, serving all the bus pads.
