Inbound means buses going toward Downtown. Outbound means buses going toward Visitacion Valley. On weekdays, 9R-San Bruno Rapid provides limited stop service along the route.

Local service south of Arleta Station is served by 9R whenever 9R is operating (weekday daytime), and by 9 at other times (nights and weekends).
